What do you mean by "found items"?

These are vintage or secondhand objects we’ve sourced and curated—things with stories, age, and great bones. They pair beautifully with our handmade ceramics and bring character to any space.

Are found items returnable?

We don't typically accept returns on found items unless something was damaged in transit or misrepresented. We provide clear descriptions and photos—what you see is what you get.

Are your ceramics really handmade?

Yes! Every Reclaim Home piece is handmade. That means no two are exactly alike—small imperfections are part of the magic. Think sisters, not twins. I make most of the pottery - but every once in a while I get lucky enough to have someone add their pieces to the mix! You will know it because we will make sure to let you know who the potter is in the description!

Do you accept custom pottery orders?

If we think we can do it, yes. If an existing style can be customized, it will be noted in the description. If you are looking for something very specific, we would be happy to discuss whether we think we can do your idea justice. Customized orders will take 3-5 weeks to ship due to the making process.

What if something arrives broken?

Email us within 7 days, include photos of the item and packaging, and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. U.S. only for now—but reach out if you’re international and eyeing something. We’ll try to make it happen.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We handle returns and exchanges case by case. Handmade and vintage items are both final sale unless damaged in transit or incorrectly described. If there’s a problem, reach out—we’re reasonable humans.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders from New Jersey ship within 3–5 business days. Once they ship, you’ll receive a tracking number. If items ship separately (like ceramics and a large vintage piece), we’ll keep you updated.
