We respect your privacy—plain and simple. Any information you share with us (like your name, email, or address) is used solely to process orders, send updates, and improve your experience. We never sell or share your data. Ever.
Shipping Policy
We ship from New Jersey, usually within 3–5 business days. Orders are packed with care using recycled or reusable materials whenever possible. You’ll get a tracking number once your order is on the move.
We currently ship within the U.S. only. For international requests, feel free to contact us—we’ll see what we can do.
Note: Vintage and secondhand (“found”) items may be shipped separately from handmade ceramics depending on size or fragility.
Returns & Exchanges
All Reclaim Home pottery is handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations or imperfections are part of what makes each piece special.
Found items are expected to show signs of wear, age, or history—that’s part of the charm. Please read product descriptions carefully and look at all photos before purchasing.
That said, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue, email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We don’t offer refunds for change of heart, but we’ll do our best to help.
If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage within 5 business days of receiving the damaged shipment. A replacement or refund will be granted only if the damage is documented and we are contacted within 5 business days of receipt of the damaged package.
All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
Please note: When shipping your item back, we strongly recommend that you package the item very carefully and that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Reclaim is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.
