Antiqued Flora & Fauna Vase No. 3
A hand-thrown stoneware vase finished in layered washes of black, charcoal, smoke, and worn ivory. Each piece is carved and painted by hand with trailing botanical forms drawn from antique textiles, faded wallpapers, and natural history illustrations — less decorative motif than quiet evidence of use, age, and observation.
The surface is intentionally irregular. Brush marks, tonal shifts, exposed clay, and softened edges are preserved rather than refined away, giving each vase the feeling of an object that has lived a longer life than it has.
Designed to work equally well with flowers, branches, or left empty on a shelf or table. No two are exactly alike.
Part of the Antiqued Flora & Fauna collection.
Approximately 5 inches tall
Handmade stoneware
Individually glazed and finished by hand
Variations in form, surface, and imagery are intentional
Watertight
