Hand-pressed from white stoneware and finished in a soft, creamy glaze, each plate carries subtle movement through the surface and edge. The form is intentionally irregular, with a gentle wave to the skirt and a distinctive sunburst pattern that catches light across the surface. Inspired in part by antique oil lamp reflectors, the proportions are designed to feel familiar yet quietly unusual.
Plates are sold individually to allow for building a set over time or mixing into an existing table. Each piece is shaped, carved, and glazed by hand; variation in size, form, and surface is expected and considered part of the character of the work.
