Originally these were “created” by a baker looking for a sourdough fermentation bowl. These bowls measure between 10-11 inches wide and 3.5m -4 inches deep with a gentle slope to make it easier for folding dough. I’m not baker but from what I’ve heard it’s working out well! These are made in stoneware and have a glossy white glaze.
Able to be used for far more than sourdough - it’s really a serving bowl at heart. Oven, dishwasher and microwave safe
